Required Equipment
- Hex Bar (Trap Bar) with weights
- 10-pound Medicine Ball
- Sled with straps
- Kettlebells (2 x 40 lbs)
- Measuring tape

- Designated running course (2 miles)

Hex Bar Maintenance
Keeping your trap bar in optimal condition
- Regularly inspect for bending or damage
- Clean chalk residue from knurling with a stiff brush
- Apply light oil to prevent rust (wipe excess)
- Store in a dry area off the ground
- Check collars for proper function
- Inspect welds periodically for cracks
Medicine Ball Care
Extending the life of your medicine ball
- Clean with mild soap and water after use
- Check for air leaks or material tears
- Store indoors away from direct sunlight
- Avoid extreme temperature changes
- Do not store in compressed positions
- Rotate ball regularly if stored for long periods
Sled Maintenance

- Clean dirt and debris after outdoor use
