Understanding ACFT Standards
The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) has different minimum requirements based on your Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and gender. Each event is scored on a scale of 0-100 points, with a minimum total score required to pass.
The six events are:
- 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)
- Standing Power Throw (SPT)
- Hand-Release Push-Up (HRP)
- Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
- Plank (PLK)
- 2 Mile Run (2MR)
